I was staying in Carlisle last month & had the absolute pleasure of eating your food on a few occasions. I can’t tell you how lovely it was to eat real, traditional, tasty & fresh Greek food, it was depressingly good – you felt like you could be in Greece when eating it but sadly, we can’t be. We don’t have anything like your restaurant near me. Most people who try to cook Greek food fail miserably.
I wanted to enquire if you have any way to post out any of your food? I live in the Greater Manchester area & I’m really missing your food. I would happily pay the postage fees.
You also made a gorgeous side that went with the Kleftiko, it was a giant cous cous dish, absolutely gorgeous! As I’m not able to dine with you anytime soon, would you be willing to share the recipe so I could try to recreate your dish perhaps?
